The main goal of Circulation Department is to support the library, in its role it plays in teaching, learning and research support. This is done by controlling access to information resource and ensuring a safe and reliable circulation processes. We provide the following products and services:
Prescribed and recommended materials
Books recommended by lecturers are taken to the Reserved Collection behind the circulation desk and reserved to be issued for 2 hours.
Journal articles, book chapters and lecture notes as requested by lecturers are scanned and placed online to be accessed by the students.
Issuing and receiving books
Our friendly and professional staff at the circulation desk will be very glad to assist you with borrowing and returning books and other material.
You can pay your outstanding library fine, book study cubicle, or pay for lost book at our counter.
You can reserve the book that is out to another person so that you are the first person to get it when it is returned.
We also send e-mail notices to you if you have outstanding finds or overdue books.
We have a self check machine that you can use to check out the book you’re self without waiting for the queue.
